Recently, I received a text from Isetan regarding some promotion specially for members. The text came with a pincode and website address, so I decided to check it out.
I went to their website and I couldnt find anywhere that says pincode is required. Hence, I emailed them.
Hi, I received an text message on my phone saying there is Isetan Chinese New Year Sales from 22 Jan - 18 Feb 2010 and I was required to view the issue on this site, with a pin code provided. I could not find where do I use the pin code. Could you point me to the direct link, please? Thank you.
The first reply I received was this.
Dear Ms alisha,
PIN CODE no. for CNY is xxxxxx.
Thank you.
Totally unrelated.
Minutes later, I received another reply.
