drama

yeeeeeeeeaaaaaasssshhhh !!!!
*stretch fingers / arms / legs *
i can finally relax. for a while. 1 down, another 4 to go.
it has been quite an eventful week - the unpredictable mood swings of an insensitive bitch whom i had to tolerate everyday, the bitch who goes berserk on almost anything, the guys and their ego, the pretentious bitch and her attention seeking drama, the weather,.. man, i could come up with my own book!
it’s like watching soap drama, in real life!!! and all the acting, put actors like Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Christian Bale all to shame! nothing beats a good real - life drama.
hehe…
Fridays are suppose to be the day you go drinking with your best buddy, make plans with family and friends, after a long day at work. as for me, i’m just gonna stay home, rest my butt in front of the tv and enjoy the serenity on a Friday night.
peaceful at last ~
Hooping Dulcinea
- by mishalisha

i dont usually watch Taiwanese drama, simply because the storyline for all these dramas are somewhat similar. it’s usually all about good looking actors/actresses with average acting skills. this drama is no exception, but i’m home on most Sundays and i do not have Astro, coz dad believe it’s just a waste of money, so right after my Absolute Boyfriend, i continue with this.
Hooping Dulcinea or sometimes known as Bull Fighting or Free Style is romedy on mainly these 3 individual and basketball.
It started as a 3-on-3 basketball competition between two rival schools; an annual event in which the winner would control the 13th Street basketball court for the following year. To everybody’s surprise, the 9-year reigning champion lost this year… and it was all because of one girl. Now, this game has a new purpose.
Yi Sheng Xue (Hebe Tian), a hot-headed young girl, is an avid Bull Fighting fan. At her side is her loyal childhood friend and personal bodyguard, Jin Zi Cong (Lee Wei). Their lives take a drastic turn when they meet Shen Ruo He (Mike He), whom Sheng Xue falls deeply in love with. However, they encounter many obstacles that stand in the way of them being together.
yes, the usual chick flick - 2 boys like the same girl, girl likes boy A, boy B got jealous, yada, yada, yada. but i wonder, what really made me hook up to this drama on every Sunday?
was it because of him?

or him?

or her?

met up with Loon at Mid Valley. just the usual catching up. been a long time since the last meeting up. he has put on weight. good for you!
he’s also… erm, darker. the result of working under the streaking hot sun and too bad for him, the whitening cream doesn’t do any good.
had late lunch at Pasta Zanmai. average service, although there were no crowd. food quality - so-so. soft-shell crab spaghetti for him, salmon sashimi salad for myself (had mixed rice at home earlier) and teriyaki chicken for the both of us. bill came up to about RM70.
Loon bought a top from Zara. dirt cheap t-top for only RM89.90. Gen should get one too! i reckon, the orange
the pink is a little too dark, wont look good on him, definitely!
i did some damage to my wallet, like usual. ugh. one thing i hate about shopping for make up stuff- i tend to spend more than i’m suppose to. Studio Perfect Foundation refill, eyeliner and the brush - total came up to RM267?
almost tempted to buy the remover for RM40. Gen’s not gonna like this. hurry back. i cant control my spending!
went for “On His Majesty’s Secret Service” by Wong Jing. had a good laugh. nothing’s better than to watch some silly comedy on a saturday. (actual reason was we couldnt get tickets for G.I Joe or District 9)
took the train home. Loon dumped me to meet up with the girl of his dreams. (just kidding!) was at Mid Valley KTM station platform, when i noticed, this chinese guy, who’s standing at my 2 o’clock kept staring at me. freaked out, i walked further, to the back. he followed, not long after, but stood quite a distance. this continue in the train as well. i was really scared, but i try not to show it out. thankfully, the guy didn’t follow when i got off at KL Sentral. relieved, but i kept looking back, to make sure he didn’t follow me on the LRT.
dad came to pick me up and we went for steamboat dinner mom and Andre. for the price of 9.90/per person, you cant expect a seafood platter, just the usual fishballs, prawns, vege, egg and the noodle. dad and mom are not use to having herbal soup as base. they still prefer the tomyam and chicken stock base.
and i’m still on a no-seafood diet. the swelling on my lips have subsided, but it’s slightly tingling painful. man, too much seafood is toxic!
gotta start back my healthy diet. salad for dinner tomorrow, hopefully!
oh, i heard some comments on MTV World Stage concert at Sunway Lagoon. it wasn’t that great, a total disappointment. probably, a blessing in disguise, God didn’t want me to attend such meaningless-wasting time concert and for that reason, i didn’t win the tickets!
*read some news on some faulty international underwater cable, affecting north and south-east asia. probably the reason why i could upload my photos?
sigh…
and i miss my Gen.
double sigh…
*edit*
